  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Manage company claims program and act as liaison with insurance carriers
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Minimize warranty claim costs and legal exposure from repairs and accidents
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Communicate with fleet regarding damages, accidents, and compliance issues
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Investigate fault or liability in accidents and negotiate settlements
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Provide guidance to drivers on safety, damage, and breakdown procedures
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Conduct truck inspections for compliance and safety
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Oversee disciplinary actions for safety violations and accidents
 <br/>
 <br/>

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
 <br/>
 <br/>
 3 years supervisory experience in transportation; 5 years preferred
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Positive attitude and strong work ethic
 <br/>
 <br/>

  Evaluation

 Biannual evaluation based on performance metrics and supervisor assessment
