  About The Role

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Product Designer for our commercial products. In this role, you will contribute to our most strategic initiatives. We are seeking a design professional who will deliver business value, and who is a skilled storyteller in pixels and presentations. You value high quality, well organized design. You foster the highest level of collaboration possible.

  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Contribute to the future of product design, highly focused on customer experiences, for all Marigold applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive the expansion of our accessible and scalable Marigold design language, including documentation
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and business goals
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with product designers to establish shared design patterns and interaction models that will modernize every application in our product suite
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with engineering on the implementation of our design language and deliver continuous improvements to the customer
  </li>
  <li>
   Solve complex problems across applications, working with multiple product teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Articulate design recommendations throughout the design process
  </li>
  <li>
   Work effectively and efficiently with teams in multiple time zones

 <strong>
  Minimum Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Portfolio highlighting your personal contributions in product design for enterprise applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Figma. Master of advanced features and prototyping
  </li>
  <li>
   3 years of experience in product design
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with design systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage multiple design initiatives leveraging a human-centered design process
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and verbal communication
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>

  Bonus Qualifications

   Ability to sketch, draw and or motion design
  </li>
