  We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Web Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in web design, who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to high-impact projects. As a Mid-Level Web Designer, you will work closely with lead designers, developers, and other team members to create visually stunning and highly functional websites that align with our clients&rsquo; goals.

   Key Responsibilities:

   Design and develop responsive websites and web applications from concept to completion.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead design projects and collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet high standards of quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay current with industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and practices.
  </li>

   What We Expect:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>

   3+ years of professional working experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   A strong portfolio website showcasing your web design expertise and creativity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Mastery of Figma; including experience using Auto Layout, Master Components, Design Systems, Variables, Styles, and other mechanisms of best practice.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with user experience (UX) design and a user-centric approach to design.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  </li>
  <li>
   A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  </li>
  <li>
   A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  </li>
