 As a Lead Developer drive the technical team in an Agile development process.

 Has strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities.

 Code, design, and testing in a heterogeneous technology environment e.g.,

  JavaScript (ReactJS), HTML, CSS, opportunities for process and tool improvements

 and drive those from concept to implementation.

 Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, component testing, integration testing, and End to End Testing capabilities.

 <br/>
 Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.

 Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

  Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies, experienced in Agile and strong knowledge and experience on JavaScript, Java, Web Framework.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Good experience in Single Page App development using ReactJS for creating interactive UI's, Virtual DOM, Component life cycle, JSX
 <strong>
  , React Route, TypeScript, ReactJS echo system and concepts.
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <strong>
  Good experience in customizing CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation using CSS pre-processors LESS or SASS.
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Good experience in AXIOS or other promise-based HTTP client to fetch data, RESTful, web services to integrate between Application to Application, GraphQL, Node environment using Node.js, NPM, Git, Webpack and other open-source build tools.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Good experience in writing unit test of complex components using Jest or React Testing Library, Component tests using Cyprus and other mocking tools.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems * Practical cloud native experience
