 Latin School of Chicago is seeking an Assistant Teacher for grades Junior Kindergarten through 4. The Assistant Teacher program goals are to provide each Assistant Teacher with an authentic teaching and learning experience under the supervision of lead teachers. Starting salary for this full-time position is $30,715 with additional stipends available. A high quality employee-only benefits package is included.

  What You&rsquo;ll Do As Assistant Teacher
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Assist the lead teacher in day-to-day operation of the classroom
  </li>
  <li>
   Help promote a safe, clean, and orderly environment for children
  </li>
  <li>
   Build positive relationships with students, faculty and families
  </li>
  <li>
   Depending upon your interest in the
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Assisting in the development and implementation of curriculum
   </li>
   <li>
    Assist in instructing students as directed by lead teacher
   </li>
   <li>
    Grading papers and student evaluation and documentation under direction of lead teacher

   </li>

  Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree is required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated interest in teaching
  </li>
  <li>
