<div> <p> <strong> Mechanical Engineer </strong> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <strong> Location: </strong> Houston, TX ( <strong> in office - no hybrid or remote candidates) </strong> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <strong> About: </strong> A leading provider of hydrogen fuel cell turnkey solutions for electric mobility and stationary power markets. Innovative technology is transforming the way power is generated, stored, and distributed globally. </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <strong> Position Overview: </strong> As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for our hydrogen fuel cell products. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to innovate and optimize mechanical solutions that meet performance, reliability, and cost objectives. </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <strong> Responsibilities: </strong> </p> <ul> <li> Design and analyze mechanical systems and components, including but not limited to, cooling systems, pumps, valves, and enclosures. </li> <li> Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering calculations to validate designs and ensure compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. </li> <li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams internationally (including electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineers) to integrate mechanical designs into overall product architecture. </li> <li> Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., SolidWorks). </li> <li> Perform engineering simulations and analyses (e.g., stress analysis, thermal analysis, fluid flow analysis) to optimize design performance and reliability. </li> <li> Participate in design reviews, prototype builds, and testing activities to validate designs and identify areas for improvement. </li> <li> Support manufacturing and production teams by resolving design-related issues and implementing design changes as necessary. </li> </ul> <p> <strong> Qualifications: </strong> </p> <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. </li> <li> 6+ years in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the energy, chemical, or related industry. </li> <li> Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL). </li> <li> Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes. </li> <li> Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. </li> <li> Effective communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely. </li> <li> Knowledge of hydrogen fuel cell technology and/or renewable energy systems is a plus. </li> </ul> <p> <br/> </p> <p> <br/> </p> <p> Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future. </p> <p> </p> </div>
