   Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  </li>

   Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including landowners, developers, utilities, and government agencies.
  </li>

   Valid driver's license.

   Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential C&amp;I or Community solar project sites.
  </li>

   Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop project proposals.

   Design and engineer solar PV systems, including single-line and 3-line electrical diagrams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform energy modeling and financial analysis for project viability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage project budgets and timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external partners (utilities, contractors).
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and submit permitting applications for C&amp;I or Community solar projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support project construction and commissioning activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the solar industry.
  </li>
