   Minimum Qualifications:

   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

   Minimum 4 years of experience in C&amp;I or Community solar project development.

   Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing solar PV projects from inception to completion.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, electrical systems, and interconnection requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with solar energy modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope).
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have experience designing projects from a civil and/or electrical perspective.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  </li>
 </ul>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience working with project management software or similar systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with permitting and interconnection processes for C&amp;I or Community solar projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of local and national renewable energy policies and incentives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience collaborating with stakeholders, including landowners, developers, utilities, and government agencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Valid driver's license.
  </li>

   Primary Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential C&amp;I or Community solar project sites.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct technical feasibility studies and develop project proposals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design and engineer solar PV systems, including single-line and 3-line electrical diagrams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform energy modeling and financial analysis for project viability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage project budgets and timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction) and external partners (utilities, contractors).
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare and submit permitting applications for C&amp;I or Community solar projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support project construction and commissioning activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the solar industry.
  </li>
