  <li>
   Oversee the identification, analysis, and evaluation of potential risks to the company's risk profile, encompassing financial, operational, cybersecurity, environmental, and social, governance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor and assess emerging risks, including global, national, and industry trends, regulatory changes, and sustainability.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate comprehensive data collection and analyses to support informed risk management decisions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement and monitor risk mitigation plans and control processes to manage identified risks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk alerts and indicators.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

  </li>

 <strong>
  Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Evaluate BCM strategies including Emergency Response Plan, Crisis Management Plan, IT Disaster Recovery Plan, and Business Continuity Plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate regular testing and simulation exercises to ensure the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate the preparation of group-wide reporting and monitoring for risk management and BCM to the Management Compliance &amp; Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop structured risk management and BCM training and awareness programs.

  Requirements:

 </strong>

  <li>
   Minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience in risk management and BCM.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to travel.
