  The Day-to-day Activities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide operational risk expertise and advisory to Business Units (BUs) from risk identification to monitoring in accordance with the Operational Risk Policy and Standard.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate and support BUs in the Operational Risk Management tools, including RCSA, KRI, CET, Operational Risk Incident Management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate BNM Operational Risk Reporting (ORR) in accordance with the BNM&rsquo;s ORR policy document.
  </li>
  <li>
   Undertake accurate and timely delivery of risk reporting to various risk committee forums.
  </li>
  <li>
   Facilitate, manage and monitor Operational Risk events, control exceptions and deviations, breaches, audit and regulatory issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform risk assessment on business proposals relating to new products and material process changes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee the risk associated with outsourcing activities, including supporting the Third Party Risk Assessment
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Business Continuity Management programme by monitor and enhance the Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan.

   Promote and develop risk culture and awareness in GX Bank.

  The Must Haves

 <ul>
  <li>
   At least 5 years of working experience in related industry with exposure to Operational Risk Management
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic/ Business or equivalent
  </li>
  <li>
   A self-driven and highly motivated individual who is willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
  </li>
