  Responsibilities
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Create and enforce project schedules and budgets; confidently communicate with team and clients when schedule or budget adjustments are necessary.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as a communication hub for project team, partners, vendors, and clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Set and manage expectations for the team and client.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adept at setting and managing client and team expectations in relation to project deliverables, scopes, budgets, timelines
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to lead client meetings and provide concise feedback and next steps post-meeting both internally and externally
  </li>
  <li>
   Set up and maintain projects using software tools such as Kantata.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the quality of the information/communication.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate approvals and finalization process for timely, error free work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Adept at problem solving and/or knowing who to go to for help.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage multiple projects and make day-to-day decisions to ensure their success.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supportive of team, collaborative
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to use agency systems and follow established processes and workflow.

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Prior experience as a project manager in an agency setting or comparable is helpful.
  </li>
  <li>
   3-5 years of experience in project management.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of resource management software and project management tools. Proficiency with Kantata is highly valued.
