   Lead and guide QA Project Leads and Associate QA Leads on assigned clients and projects, fostering collaboration and teamwork
  </li>

   Measure and analyze project metrics to enhance team performance and efficiency, ensuring projects stay on track
  </li>

   Prepare and send spend reports, providing clear financial updates and addressing client inquiries with professionalism
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide internal updates on client satisfaction and project status, keeping everyone informed and motivated
  </li>
  <li>
   Resolve shortages, conflicts, or priority calls with the Resource Manager and Project Management Team Lead, promoting teamwork and problem-solving
  </li>
