 Associate Project Manager

 2-3 days hybrid to Chicago, IL &ndash; accessible via public transportation

  ROLE TYPE/DURATION:

 W2, 40 hours/week, 3+ month contract

  COMPENSATION:
 </strong>
 $35/hr-$40/hr, commensurate with experience

  JOB SUMMARY:
 </strong>
 Seeking an Associate Project Manager with experience working within a cross-functional/matrixed organization. Responsible for managing different types of marketing creative deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring fluency in key project management software such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.

  WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BE DOING:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead the workflow process for assigned creative projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Interact with stakeholders to obtain project detail, communicate status, troubleshoot projects, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage creative milestones, attends key project meetings, take meeting notes, send recaps
  </li>
  <li>
   Works in-step with creative program manager to ensure that all tickets remain on track and project timing, resourcing and deliverables are aligned

  WHAT&rsquo;S REQUIRED TO APPLY:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   1-4+ years of project management experience, specifically from matrixed or complex environments
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to manage creative projects through their full life-cycle
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluency in key project management software such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, etc.
