  We seek a
  <strong>
   Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Administrator/Specialist
  </strong>
  who will manage the technology and lead the ongoing development of our Act! CRM platform to improve the association's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care. Candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using Act! CRM platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, marketing and membership organizational units, and become the subject matter expert.
 </p>

  The CRM Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform. They are the liaison between staff and the CRM software. Must have great analytical skills, solid communication, and organizational skills, and be a good collaborator. A working knowledge/level of proficiency in using CRM software is a necessity. Interpersonal skills must be sharp as a CRM specialist works closely with the marketing and as well as management and members.

  Teamwork on projects relating to support of small staff will be key, opportunities to lead and assist in project areas of membership, meeting planning, advocacy, and internal administrative support. This role will grow with candidates' skill set and development of the position.

  &middot; Use Act! to coordinate, plan, prepare, execute, and follow-up scheduled campaigns.
 </p>
 <p>
 </p>

  &middot; Collaborate with Marketing Team to assist in outreach to Prospects and Membership.
 </p>

   Maintenance and Data Integrity

  &middot; Maintain clean-up effort in group contact data with guidance from our team.
 </p>

  &middot; Formulate a plan to start initial clean up effort, present to staff, implement strategy, and follow up with progress reports and completion.
 </p>

  &middot; Develop and maintain subgroups with collaboration of team. These will be used for current and future campaigns.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Continually assess actionable data from existing groups and contacts. Clean-up and update discrepancies.
 </p>

   Membership Integration
  </strong>

  &middot; Maintain and update groups and contact records, membership is always priority number one.
 </p>

  &middot; Create new groups and subgroups as needed for new committees, new members, etc. and updates to existing groups as needed.
 </p>

  &middot; Create Membership and Committee Rosters from "look-up" data. Use merge functions to create templates. Post completed project on website.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Assist Membership Team in completing materials for Certificate Packet mailing.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Prepare and send email campaigns to members, research bounced emails from every campaign as priority. Coordinate content for campaign mailings with Marketing and other staff.
 </p>

   Data Analysis
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Research data analytic tools in Act! that we are able to utilize with our version. How this data will make sense to help with our mission?
 </p>

   Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

   Support
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Maintain daily maintenance of contacts, groups, notes, history, etc. Attach documentation, set reminders as necessary.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Research bounced email attempts from campaigns from all teams. Use online resources to quickly determine next steps to update, remove or other action. Communicate to staff changes in data via report.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Liaison to Act! customer support for service, upgrades, etc.
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
 </p>
 <p>
  &middot; Liaison to IT Support for server and Act! related upgrades. Report and collaborate with staff on recommended actions.
 </p>

   Assist in training of new users, and grow the Act! skillset across the organization.
  </li>
 </ul>

   Experience with CRM environments

   Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

   A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
