  Primary Responsibilities:
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to implement Veeva CRM and related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Configure Veeva CRM to meet Business Requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Integrate Veeva CRM with other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications/data
  </li>
  <li>
   Document Technical Requirements based on Business Requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of Commercial Field teams' business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial biotech/pharma environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Veeva CRM configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, Apex programming. Strong understanding of Veeva CRM data model.
  </li>
  <li>
   Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Veeva CRM
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in an agile delivery environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  </li>
  <li>
   Good functional knowledge of Life Sciences commercialization processes.

  Expertise In The Following Areas Is Required
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Veeva Sales CRM, Medical CRM, and Salesforce CRM
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Familiarity With The Following Is a Plus
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Experience with Commercial Data (KOL, HCP, HCO, Prescription, Sales Territories etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with Ancillary Veeva products (Open Data, Link, Align, Promo Mats etc.)
  </li>
