   Demonstrated experience in utilizing PeopleSoft CRM modules within telecommunications, media, or related fields.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven track record with PeopleSoft CRM modules such as Customer Management, Order Management, Marketing Automation, and Service Automation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong command of PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Change Assistant.
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive background in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft CRM applications to meet the unique demands of the telecommunications industry.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with CRM best practices, business processes, and industry standards specific to the communications sector.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and manipulation within PeopleSoft databases, with a focus on telecommunications data models.
