  <li>
   Proven track record with PeopleSoft CRM modules such as Customer Management, Order Management, Marketing Automation, and Service Automation.

   Strong command of PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Change Assistant.
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive background in implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft CRM applications to meet the unique demands of the telecommunications industry.
