 We are actively seeking Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work in a high-standard Nursing home in Swansea, it's more than a care home: it has everything needed for a full and enjoyable life, including an on-site gym, library, coffee shop and lounges.   The Role

 What will you do as a Registered General Nurse
 <br/>
 <br/>
 Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver individual care and social needs, you will appreciate each individual patient for their unique personalities and amazing life stories whilst providing holistic and therapeutic care and treatment to each patient.

  Duties Will Include

 </strong>
 <ul>

   Administering medication
  </li>
  <li>
   Reviewing and planning care for patients
  </li>
  <li>
   The implementation of care and treatment plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including liaising with

   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 families.

 What you'll need to be successful as a Registered General Nurse
 <br/>
 <br/>

   You must be an experience RGN
  </li>
  <li>
   Previous experience within a Nursing role
  </li>
  <li>
   You must hold a valid NMC Pin
  </li>
  <li>
   You must have the right to work in UK
   <br/>
   <br/>
