 We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Ty Cwm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

  <li>
   Assessing, planning, delivering and evaluating nursing care for residents.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring all medical records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a doctor or according to the home's policies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing emotional support to residents and their families.
  </li>
  <li>
   Motivating patients to help restore and improve their health and self-esteem
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing medication to patients and providing pre- and post-operation care
  </li>
  <li>
   Providing psychological and physical support to parents, family members and friends
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifying patient care requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Assuring the quality of care to patients through adhering to therapeutic standards
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensuring that patients and fellow employees adhere to infection control policies and protocols, medicine storage and administration procedures and substance control regulations
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluating patients who complain of specific aliments
  </li>
  <li>
   Examining and authenticating vaccination records
