  As Our Staff Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include

   Making critical clinical decisions
  </li>

   Assessing and developing person-centred care plans

   Providing safe nursing care, including administering medication and dressings
  </li>

   Managing residents' medical conditions

 To be our ideal Staff Nurse, you should:

   Be an experienced qualified nurse RGN, with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices

   Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills

  </li>
  <li>
   Be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement
