  Salt Talent Search is looking for a B2B Sales exceutive for a 12 months extendable contract role
 </p>
 <p>

  What Will you do:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
  </li>
  <li>
   Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop new business and build a pipeline of leads to meet company objectives
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive client satisfaction
  </li>
  <li>
   Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze and identify best practices to drive continuous improvement in customer success
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent the RISE for Business training program at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness, identify potential partnership opportunities, and engage with RISE programme partners
  </li>
 </ul>

   What Do You Need
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   2-3 years of B2B sales, experience in consultative and solution-based selling is valuable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding client needs and customizing solutions to meet those needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with sales tracking tools (like hubspot) and CRM systems to monitor and report on sales performance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in the account management of local SMEs, or sales of products/services to local SMEs, with a strong understanding of local SME&rsquo;s unique needs and challenges
  </li>
  <li>
   Solid proficiency in project management and client relationship management methodologies
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  </li>
 </ul>
