   Benefits Administration &amp; Compliance:

    Ensure benefits policies and procedures are properly implemented and compliant with government regulations.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Process and monitor employees' availment of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-initiated programs.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Process enrollment reports for new hires to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Maintain and update accurate benefits databases.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Act as a liaison with government institutions like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Process statutory compensation-related documents (Certificate of Contribution, Maternity, Sickness benefit certification, reimbursements, etc.)&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Process the filing of employees' maternity, sickness, and other notifications with SSS, ensuring completeness of requirements.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Assist in securing mandatory requirements for new hires (Tax Identification Number, PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG numbers).&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Endorse newly regularized employees to HMO and Group Life Insurance.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
 </ul>

   Employee Support &amp; Communication:
  </strong>

    Assist with the onboarding process, explaining benefit options to new hires.&nbsp;

  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Process claims and answer benefit-related inquiries from employees in a timely and courteous manner.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Orient newly eligible employees and process enrollment forms, changes, and loan requests.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Provide assistance in communicating information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Assist in HR-initiated events such as cascade sessions and special projects.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>

   Clinic Management:
  </strong>

    Obtains and records vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure) of employees seeking medical consultation. Monitors and documents their health conditions.&nbsp;

  </li>
  <li>

    Provides initial first aid treatment for illnesses or injuries, coordinating referral to a hospital for further medical care when necessary.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Liaises with emergency personnel, hospitals, and relevant parties to facilitate emergency hospitalization if needed.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Offers health counseling to employees based on their individual needs.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>

   Qualifications:

    Preferably with at least 6 months of related experience in benefits or clinic management.&nbsp;

    Proficient in Microsoft Office&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
