   Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of nursing practitioner onboarding, ensuring completion of all required steps and facilitating smooth integration into the healthcare system

   Knowledge of medical terminologies
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior insurance verification experience with knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding

   Prior experience in a medical office, hospital, outpatient clinic, or other healthcare settings
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with insurance companies, and have extensive knowledge of different types of coverage and policies
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic E-commerce knowledge
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent conversational skills with an emphasis on customer service (Good to Excellent)
  </li>

   Tech savviness/Computer literacy
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience with clinician scheduling or credentialing/enrollment a plus
