  Job Description

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Report to Senior Finance Manager
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare consolidation financial statements, management reports and analysis
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in interim and annual report, announcements and circulars of the listed company
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare budget, audit schedule and tax computation
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with external parties, including tax authorities, auditors, company secretary and other regulatory bodies
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in ad-hoc assignments and reports
   <br/>
   <br/>
  </li>
 </ul>
 <strong>
  Requirements
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines
  </li>
  <li>
   Qualifed member of CPA or equivalent witl be an advantage
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 3 years solid accounting and auditing experience, preferably from Hong Kong listed company
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledgeable in ERP system e.g. SAP and Kingdee is a plus
  </li>
  <li>
   PROFICIENCY in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
  </li>
  <li>
   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  </li>
  <li>
   A good team player with positive mindset and strong communication skill
  </li>
  <li>
   Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
  </li>
  <li>
   Immediately available is highly preferred
