  non-government stakeholders, orchestrate edtech activities for effective last mile impact. You

  will manage these projects with the Department of Education of your state, coordinating for
 </p>
 <p>
  relevant data integrations enabling data driven academic planning and building capacity of
 </p>
 <p>
  stakeholders for project sustainability. The Growth &amp; Impact team member will act as a
 </p>
 <p>
  Knowledge Partner to the state&rsquo;s Department of Education for all relevant activities. Here at

   Language Requirements
  </strong>

  ● Good reading and writing skills in English and Hindi are a prerequisite

  ● Knowing any of the regional languages like Marathi, Khasi, Garo, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil,

  Nagamese, Sikkimese, Nepali or any other regional language would be an added
 </p>

  advantage.

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

 </p>
 <p>
  1. Facilitate large-scale EdTech interventions with the State Governments by
 </p>
 <p>
  designing strategic roadmaps and implementation plans that set clear goals and
 </p>
 <p>
  milestones, ensuring that our EdTech programs make a lasting difference in education.
 </p>
 <p>
  2. Conduct field visits to schools to enhance our product knowledge , audit the usage
 </p>
 <p>
  of our EdTech solutions, and provide valuable feedback.
 </p>
 <p>
  3. Enable data-driven decision making by analysing learning and operational data using
 </p>
 <p>
  advanced tools and proposing action plans to improve program outcomes, making data
 </p>
 <p>
  the foundation for impactful decisions.
 </p>
 <p>
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams and take ownership of specific project
 </p>
 <p>
  components, effectively managing them to achieve desired outcomes.
 </p>
 <p>
  5. Plan and conduct engaging teacher and administrator training sessions,
 </p>
 <p>
  empowering educators to implement EdTech solutions effectively across the state.
 </p>
 <p>
  6. Translate complex data into compelling reports and presentations, showcasing the
 </p>
 <p>
  impact of our programs and supporting administrators in the decision-making process.
 </p>
 <p>
  7. Represent ConveGenius in partner meetings, engaging with senior bureaucrats and
 </p>
 <p>
  potential partners in the state, contributing to valuable partnerships and collaborations.
 </p>

   Education Qualifications and Experience
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  <br/>
 </p>
 <p>
  ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
 </p>
 <p>
  ● Postgraduate Qualification in social sciences, project management or social
 </p>
 <p>
  entrepreneurship will be preferred.
