Finance Manager con inglese fluente|Studio legale internazionaleIl nostro cliente --------------------- Studio legale Ruolo --------- Prestigioso Studio Legale internazionale con sede principale in Milano, ricerca un Finance Manager con inglese fluente. La risorsa, rispondendo al Finance Manager Europeo localizzato a Londra, sarà chiamata alla gestione dello Studio relativamente alla parte finance. Nello specifico, coordinando una risorsa, sarà responsabile della supervisione delle seguenti attività: * Predisposizione budget * Gestione Contabilità gestita da share service esterni (necessario inglese fluente per comunicare con i referenti degli share service) * Gestione contratti con i fornitori * Registrazione fatture fornitor/partner/avvocati e definizione pagamenti * Riconciliazione spese con il budget * Supervisionale Fatturazione attiva * Predisposizione Bilancio (per cassa) dello Studio con la collaborazione del fiscalista esterno * Relazione con i Soci/Avvocati dello Studio * Relazione con gli Auditor * Adempimenti fiscali (iva mensile, ritenute d'accordo, ecc…) e libri contabili * Monitoraggio dei flussi di cassa e ottimizzazione della liquidità * Implementazione/miglioramento di sistemi/procedure aziendali * Reporting finanziario Il candidato prescelto -------------------------- Si richiede: La risorsa dovrà possedere: * Diploma in Ragioneria e/o Laurea in Economia o equivalente * Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in analoga posizione * Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per via dell'interazione quotidiana con referenti stranieri * Buona conoscenza di Excel * Problem solving * Proattività Cosa comprende l'offerta ---------------------------- Cosa comprende l'offerta: Contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Commercio Pacchetto retributivo: 50.000-80.000 € (da commisurare in base all'esperienza del candidato) Smart working: due giorni al mese Luogo di lavoro: Milano centro (facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto)
