Embedded Software Engineer (組込みソフトウェア・エンジニア)
  
［業務内容］ Responsibilities
  
* クライアントの要求を理解する
* 医療機器向けGUIを含む組込みソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計・開発
* 開発したソフトウェアの検証と妥当性確認
* 通信・セキュリティ要件分析、仕様書作成
* CPU、ミドルウェアソフトウェアの設計、検証
* 医療製品開発における規制基準やガイドラインの遵守
  
* 技術的な専門知識、分析能力、細部へのこだわりを併せ持ち、さまざまな関係者と効果的に協働するための強力なコミュニケーション能力と協調性を備えた方が理想的です。
  
* Understand client requirements
* Design & development of embedded software application including GUI for medical devices.
* Verification and validation of developed software.
* Communication and security requirements analysis, specification creation
* Design and verification of CPU and middleware software
* Adhere regulatory standards and guidelines for medical product development
The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

 必須要件 Must Have
  
* 関連分野の学士号、日英バイリンガル能力
* 3年以上の医療分野での組込みソフトウェア開発経験
* 組込みC言語に関する豊富な知識を有し、優れた分析能力を有すること。
* MCU/SoC上でのOS/RTOSを使用した組込みソフトウェア設計・開発経験。
* 組込みGUI開発経験。
* システムアーキテクチャの設計、実装、単体テスト、検証、妥当性確認が得意な方。
* センサー制御やモーター制御の組込みソフトウェア開発経験。
* SPI、I2C、CAN、イーサネット、USBなどの通信プロトコルの深い理解。
* OSのコンセプト、マルチスレッドアプリケーション、IPCメカニズム、スケジューリング、メモリ管理に関する十分な理解。
* ボードの立ち上げと診断に関するハードウェアの基本的な知識。
* JTAG、SWDなどのハードウェアデバッグツールやインターフェイスの使用経験。
* 対人コミュニケーション（日本語、英語）スキルがあり、チームとのコラボレーション経験があること。
* クライアント対応とオフショア開発チームとの調整
* 開発チームへの技術指導、エンジニアの指導、卓越した技術の模範となること。
  
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field with bilingual capability (Japanese and English)
* 3+ Years of Embedded software development experience in medical domain.
* Strong knowledge of Embedded C and have good analytical skills.
* Experience in embedded software design and development using OS/RTOS on MCU/SoC’s.
* Experience in embedded GUI development.
* Good at designing system architecture, implementation, unit testing, verification and validation.
* Experience in developing embedded software for sensor control and motor control.
* In-depth understanding of different communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB etc.
* Good understanding of OS concepts, multithread applications, IPC mechanisms, scheduling and memory management
* Basic knowledge of Hardware with respect to board bring-up and diagnostics.
* Experience with hardware debugging tools and interface like JTAG, SWD.
* Good interpersonal communication (both Japanese and English) skills and experience in collaborating with the team.
* Client handling and coordination with offshore development team
* Providing technical guidance to the development team, mentoring and guiding engineers, and being a role model for technical excellence.

* - 医療製品開発に関する規制基準およびガイドラインに精通していること（IEC62304、IEC62366、IEC60601-1-6、ISO14971
+ 現場とオフショア間のブリッジエンジニアとしての実務経験
  
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical product development - IEC 62304, IEC62366, IEC 60601-1-6, ISO 14971
* Prior experience as bridge engineer between onsite and offshore.
  
 語学力 Language Skill
* 日本語能力 - ビジネスレベル / 日本語能力試験N2以上 (読み書き)
* 英語力 - ビジネスレベル（コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力が必要）
  
* Japanese ability - Business level / JLPT N2 or above (Reading & Writing)
* English – Business level (Good communication and presentation skills required)
