Anyscale is growing its finance team as we are on a journey to build a best-in-class durable software business! We're looking for a Head of FP&A to lead the strategic planning process to partner with the business across a variety of strategic initiatives and be a part of the building team finance. ### As part of this role you will:
+ Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support long-term growth initiatives, partnerships, and other business opportunities
+ Fundraising: Support capital raising efforts by preparing financial projections and investor presentations and engaging with potential investors and stakeholders
+ Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide decision-making and ensure financial stability
+ Performance Monitoring: Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency
+ Cost Management: Monitor and control expenditures to optimize resource allocation and capital efficiency
+ Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, strategy, and operations, to align financial strategies with overall business objectives
+ Reporting: Preparing regular financial reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and investors to keep them informed of the company’s financial status and progress
### We'd love to hear from you if you have:
+ 8+ years of progressive corporate finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
+ Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis
+ Consumption experience is a plus
+ Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
+ Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and financial performance
+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide clear, actionable recommendation
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
$244,522 - $281,663 a year  
At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
