Your main tasks will include: 
* Support Accounting processes and reporting for HGB, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
* Support in the consolidation and preparation of monthly management and investor reporting reports
* Support our Swiss team with day to day recording, verifying, and reporting of accounting figures
* Collaborate closely with subsidiaries to collect financial data and resolve intercompany transactions, ensuring seamless integration into the consolidation process and enhance data accuracy
* Support in establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
* Drive efficiency through digitizing and simplifying operations and processes
* Support annual audits with the external auditor
* Support in ad-hoc projects & initiatives cross-functionally
  
You are right with us if: 
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in accounting and financial reporting (Swiss GAAP FER experience would be a strong asset)
* Proven experience with consolidation, system implementation and process standardization
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Familiarity with relevant accounting software and reporting tools (experience with Netsuite is preferable)
* Excellent German and English language skills
