  </strong>

  You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of the Warehouse and the administration function.
 </p>
 <p>
  You will be responsible for the for the day-to-day Management and co&ndash;ordination of the warehouse staff, both operational and admin team.
 </p>
 <p>
  The objective will be to ensure that we service the customer to the highest standard, getting it right 1st time, every time.

  &bull; Ensure that all activity undertaken is charged for at appropriate rates. Bring any exceptions to your line manager.

  &bull; Ensuring that all Duty VAT, invoicing/charging out of all goods and services provided by the Warehouse division is accurately processed in a timely manner by admin dept.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Prepare information re clock cards/time sheets/attendance records re payments and holiday authorisation/rota and cover for annual leave and sickness cover
 </p>

  &bull; Check and authorise supplier invoices
 </p>
 <p>

  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Management of all areas of the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and admin teams.
 </p>

  &bull; Review of operating procedures on both operations and admin. Update/improve the processes and working practices where possible. Ensure best practice is always followed and operations are efficient.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensure customer quality standards are met.
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensure that the set productivity levels are maintained, and the accurate outputs / throughputs and targets are achieved.

  &bull; Maintain and build working relationships with existing &amp; new Customers
 </p>

  &bull; Ensure Customer and business deadlines are met

  &bull; Ensure accuracy of information for both customer and management, and that it is provided in a timely manner
 </p>

  &bull; Become familiar with Micro Help and be knowledgeable of other MS applications such as excel and word. Creating, updating and maintaining of spreadsheets and other documents.

  &bull; Ensure that all warehouse employees are aware of their responsibilities and obligations.

  &bull; Dealing with (in conjunction with Personnel/HR Dept.) all employee issues, including recruitment, training, disciplinary procedures, setting of shift patterns and use of temporary labour.

   Experience
  </strong>
 </p>

  6-8 years of experience in warehouse operations management is acceptable
 </p>

   Leadership and Management
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  4-5 years of experience leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports.
 </p>
 <p>
  6+ years of complex logistics operations experience, including warehouse, inventory management
 </p>
 <p>

   Skills and Abilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
 </p>
 <p>
  o Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.

  o Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 </p>
 <p>
  o Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
 </p>
 <p>
  o Effective leadership skills for managing staff.
 </p>
