Here, your scope will have no boundaries, so dare to impact on the world with us!</p><p>Within the E-commerce Division, your mission is to manage all teams and testing activities for the group's or external clients' e-commerce assets. You are organized, meticulous, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously does not intimidate you. You report to the VP Engineering Ecommerce and will work as a team with other department managers, product managers, and Front-End development teams.</p><p>Your Mission:</p><ul><li><strong>QA Team Management:</strong> Supervise and oversee the quality assurance team (about fifteen mixed functional and automation QA profiles). Develop skills and ensure the continuous training of the team. Participate in the company's quality rituals (QA chapter, guild, etc.). Coordinate with the QA center of expertise to disseminate best practices. Plan and allocate tasks within the team.</li><li><strong>Testing Strategy:</strong> Develop and implement the e-commerce testing strategy. Ensure the proper development of detailed test plans, test scenarios, automated tests, and acceptance criteria. Implement test campaigns in accordance with team constraints and aligned with the strategy and QA recommendations of the organization (Smoke, Sanity, TNR, etc.). Implement and monitor E2E tests (cross-functional tests within multiple teams of the vertical). Identify necessary tools and technologies to optimize the testing process. Responsible for GO/No-GO decisions and acceptance testing.</li><li><strong>Test Execution Management:</strong> Supervise the execution of functional and non-functional tests (accessibility, performance, security, etc.) and non-regression tests. Ensure the completion of automated and manual tests as well as the production of associated reports. Manage the lifecycle of anomalies (detection, tracking, prioritization, resolution).</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Analyze test results and propose improvements for automatic and manual development and testing processes. Participate in team retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities. Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure test effectiveness and track these indicators for both White box and Black box testing.</li><li><strong>Collaboration and Communication:</strong> Work closely with development and product teams. Regularly communicate with stakeholders on test progress and quality indicators. Prepare detailed test reports and highlight QA activities through presentations (public speaking).</li><li><strong>Technological Watch:</strong> Stay informed about new trends and technologies in quality assurance. Recommend improvements and updates to testing tools and methods used by the teams, aligned with the overall QA strategy.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>And you?</p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in software testing methodologies, frameworks, and associated tools (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Proven experience with test and bug management tools (JIRA, XRAY, etc.). Essential: Significant personal experience in setting up automated testing frameworks (APIUM, SELENIUM, Playwright). Knowledge of common programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) and automation scripts. Knowledge and implementation of various test types: smoke tests, integration tests, unit tests. Understanding of performance and security testing concepts. Successful experiences as QA Lead / QA Manager / Automation Engineer / QA / Developer. Strong developer background highly appreciated. Keeping up-to-date and knowledgeable about AI topics related to QA is a plus.</p><p><strong>Managerial Skills:</strong> Team management and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.</p><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong> Rigorous and detail-oriented. Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems independently. Proactive and capable of taking initiatives.
