As a responsible asset manager, we actively invest for the long-term to help our clients, our people and the world to prosper.</p><p>As a future Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer, you will report to the Tech Lead for Digital & Finance Products, and you will be part of AXA IM Global COO.</p><h3>DISCOVER your opportunity</h3><p>The Full Stack Developer is responsible to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable software solutions that meet the needs of the AXA-IM business. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, creating user-friendly interfaces, and ensuring the overall technical architecture is robust and scalable.</p><p>The developer will also be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver high-quality applications for the Digital & Finance platforms. The Developer is the main entry point for the business and the product teams.</p><p>You will develop and manage services as a product across the entire lifecycle for this perimeter by:</p><ul><li>Responsible to execute user stories in the Digital & Finance backlog</li><li>Responsible for delivering quality code properly unit tested and leveraging tools to ensure minimal vulnerabilities and high maintainability and reusability as part of AXA IM technology platform strategy</li><li>Interact with the product owner/business analyst to ensure delivery match business requirements and with rest of Digital & Finance tech squad (tech lead, dev, QA, ...) to ensure delivery is performed within the development standards of the squad and AXA IM.</li><li>Supports Tech lead in backlog sizing activities, reviewing other developers work and helping establish reusable assets to ensure increased productivity at squad and AXA IM levels</li><li>Operate CI/CD pipeline to ensure regular deployments in different environments.</li><li>Contribute to technical product documentation, management of technical debt and integration with AXA IM platforms.</li></ul><h3>Votre profil SHARE your unique expertise</h3><p>We welcome different combinations of skills & experiences.</p><p>Your qualifications and experience:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of Tech Environments & various Functions</li><li>Master degree (BAC+5 or equivalent) with a proven experience of 5 to 6 years in a similar role</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Innovation thinking</li><li>Product management</li><li>Angular: Strong knowledge in Angular framework (Redux, Jest, …)</li><li>.Net /C#: Strong knowledge in .Net/C# framework (WebAPI Rest, Azure functions, …)</li><li>SQL: Database scripting languages like TSQL</li><li>Unit Test: Good experience with Unit tests creation</li><li>Cloud: Azure Portal</li><li>CI/CD: Azure DevOps / Git</li><li>Methods: Agile (Scrum / Kanban)</li></ul><p>Your knowledge and skills:</p><ul><li>Problem solving skills in complex and challenging environments with a strong appetite to understand and challenge business needs</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organisation</li><li>Organised and motivated by innovation</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (other languages desirable)</li><li>Team player - teach your peers - learn from them</li><li>Interest for understanding the technical and functional side of how things are working</li><li>Ability to work in an evolving environment</li><li>Communication skills.
