Your adventure begins here!</p><p><strong>What do we want to achieve together?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Front End Development Leadership:</strong> Spearhead front end development efforts, driving the creation of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our platform.</li><li><strong>Collaborative Problem Solving:</strong> Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back end engineers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.</li><li><strong>Technological Innovation:</strong> Stay abreast of emerging front end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our platform.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and compatibility of front end code across various browsers and devices.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our coding standards and development processes.</li><li><strong>Effective Communication:</strong> Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>What do you need to be successful in this role?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of Front End Development Experience:</strong> Proven expertise in the development of frontend applications is essential, with advanced knowledge in either the React or Flutter frameworks viewed as a significant asset.</li><li><strong>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a typed programming language such as TypeScript or Dart:</strong> Strong command of core web technologies and standards, with the ability to implement complex user interfaces and interactive features.</li><li><strong>Version Control Systems:</strong> Experience working with Git or other version control systems to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions.</li><li><strong>Adaptability and Team Collaboration:</strong> Flexible approach to development methodologies and project requirements, with a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.</li><li><strong>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field:</strong> Preferred but not required, equivalent professional experience will be considered.</li><li><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Proficiency in English is mandatory.
