Job Description
<p>The purpose of the pharmacy technician is to assist and support the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications for Northern Nevada HOPES patients. The pharmacy technician serves patients by processing, filling, and dispensing medications under the direct supervision of the pharmacist. They will provide support to patients, the pharmacy team and to the greater multidisciplinary team. Pharmacy technicians ensure that patients receive the support, medications, and resources needed to achieve overall wellness and being.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Processing, Filling, and Dispensing Medications</li><li>Inventory Control</li><li>Department Support</li><li>Pharmacy Compliance</li></ul><p>Northern Nevada HOPES is a community health and wellness center serving the Northern Nevada area.
