<h3>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all policy and procedure in department related to ATL product</li>
<li>Responsible to deliver ATL revenue targets</li>
<li>Training on ATL product line</li>
<li>Management of the collections process on defaulted accounts</li>
<li>Day to day management of area ATL product:</li>
<li>Ensure that all ATL support systems, enhancements, and processes are effective and efficient</li>
<li>Training, Development, and field leadership and store team mates</li>
<li>Responsible, with Manager of Auto Title Loan Products for recommending goals and objectives for ATP product and achieving desired results.</li>
<li>Will conduct competitive shops and become the field expert on ATL product lines for our competitors</li>
<li>Will provide recommendations on how and if company should modify our ATL product to be more competitive and build company ATL business</li>
<li>Knows and explains product features/benefits, understands/sells the full product line, understands customer's needs, understands/responds to the competition, applies market knowledge.</li>
<li>Breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts.</li>
<li>Keeps information organized and accessible, maintains clean/functional work space, works systematically/efficiently, manages time well.</li>
<li>Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.</li>
<li>Develops realistic plans, sets goals, aligns plans with company goals, plans for and manages resources, creates contingency plans, coordinates/cooperates with others.</li>
<li>Creates and sustains excellent internal and external customer service. Develops strong working relationships. Provides quality work, products, and processes to ensure complete satisfaction.</li>
<li>Delivers on team commitments, collaborates with members of own team and cross-functionally. Listens to others, values opinions, shares information and builds strong work relationships.</li>
<li>In-Store ATL will assist normal store operations when not performing auto loans.</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities as requested or required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>QUALIFICATIONS:</h3>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years experience as a Auto Title Loan Representative</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</li>
<li>Strong problem solving, time management, and decision making skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of and responsibility for financial services, to include the ability to read and understand P& L statements.</li>
<li>Experience in revenue-generating capability.</li>
<li>Ability to meet La Familia's driving expectations and proof of valid driver's license and insurance.</li>
<li>Stable Work History.</li>
<li>Able to Work a Flexible Schedule, including Weekends.</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of retail, pawn, or payday loan business operations.</li>
<li>Able to work in a fun, fast paced environment.</li>
<li>Must have a passion for customer service.</li>
<li>Must pass Criminal Background check.</li>
<li>Must be able to work standing for a minimum of 8 hours.</li>
<li>Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.</li>
