Through its affiliated companies, they serve more than 118 million people.</p><h3>Outside Sales Representative</h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> This position will work on-site on a regional office located in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. Travel to additional locations in Quebradillas, Camuy, Arecibo, Lares, and Utuado may be required.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> This position will work full-time. Involves a rotating schedule within the following hours: Sunday to Saturday from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm in the sales points on site.</p><p>The <strong>Outside Sales Representative</strong> is responsible for conducting presentations to potential members either by In-Home Visits or Seminars to close sale(s).</p><h3>How you will make an impact:</h3><p>Primary duties include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Generate leads through referral development, doctor&#39;s visits, or follow up on direct mail or other direct response marketing.</li><li>Network to establish and maintain relationships with community contacts, providers, members, and others who may refer potential leads.</li><li>Create In-home reports, leads results and provider visits report and submits these reports daily.</li><li>Complete presentations and fill out applications based on CMS, MMM/PMC and regulators Rules and Guidelines.</li><li>Travels to offsite locations. (only if outside sales).</li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Requires an AS in related discipline and minimum of 1 year health care sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.</li><li>Fully bilingual required.</li><li>Sales license required upon hire or is required to be obtained and appointed the provisional license within thirty (30) days of hire.
