Looking for a Client Operations Specialist on the Configuration Team responsible for understanding best practice models on program design and back-end set up for sponsors. Collaborates closely with Client Success Managers. * Maintains strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Virgin Pulse programs * Handles back-end set up and configuration for clients * Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client * Provides support to Client Success Managers for all applications * Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions * Attends promotional events for clients when necessary * Collaborates with other team members to improve processes * Performs special projects as requested</p><h3>Qualifications:</h3><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline. 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management, or related customer service. Strong MS Office suite knowledge, especially Excel. Salesforce experience preferred. Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of professionalism and positive work behavior.</p><p>No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
