With us, you get the opportunity to realize your dreams, big and small.</p><h3>JOB DESCRIPTION</h3><p>Our client is looking for an experienced Visual Graphics design consultant with the capability of driving the development of and implementing a multi brand in-vehicle digital design system. You will be part of their internal core team complemented with an expanded team in a federated setup. Team leading skills and a holistic UX understanding and previous experience of digital design systems is crucial.</p><p>The tool is a fundamental building block and efficient support for our multidisciplinary design teams, designing world-class, sustainable, and premium product experiences for the future. Aligned with and evolving the client's brand and HMI Strategies that will make a difference for both people and planet.</p><p>The position is based on the East coast, Sweden, with possibilities of <strong>distance work around 50%.</strong></p><h3>REQUIREMENTS</h3><p>We believe that the ideal candidate has the following qualifications and experiences:</p><ul><li>A master's or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Media Arts/Industrial Design (or equivalent).</li><li>Professional work experience with complex design projects and digital interfaces, and the capacity of being a positive transformation advocate across the organization.</li><li>Experience of building and maintaining design systems and libraries.</li><li>Understanding and knowledge of design as a tool for building and transforming brands, as well as supporting business strategies.</li><li>Exceptional visual communication skills. Mastering software as the Adobe suite and Figma.</li><li>Experience from the automotive industry is considered beneficiary.</li><li>Knowledge within motion graphics, 3D software, and game engines is beneficial.</li></ul><h3>YOUR PROFILE</h3><p>We are looking for demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in team environments with a highly collaborative mindset.
