<h3>In a nutshell, your main responsibilities as a Senior Product Designer will be:</h3><ul><li>Design & Optimize:<ul><li>Lead and refine the user experience and visual design of our product.</li><li>Work independently, from initial research to delivering final designs to developers.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate & Advocate:<ul><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, other designers, researchers and other stakeholders to create cohesive and innovative solutions.</li><li>Represent and advocate for user-centric design in discussions and decision-making processes.</li></ul></li><li>Research & Validate:<ul><li>Conduct user research and usability tests to understand user needs and validate design concepts.</li><li>Analyze data to make informed, data-driven decisions.</li></ul></li><li>Maintain Standards:<ul><li>Develop and uphold design systems and guidelines to ensure uniformity across products.</li></ul></li><li>Stay Informed & Lead:<ul><li>Keep updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Mentor and lead other designers when needed, and proactively seek opportunities for product improvements.</li></ul></li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3><ul><li>You have at least 5 years of work experience in product design, user research, and usability testing.</li><li>You are highly empathetic, you know how users think and feel at any given stage in the user journey.</li><li>You have a ">get things done" mentality and a relentless desire for learning new things.</li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>You have good communication and collaboration skills and you are fluent in English.
