As our new CPO, you will continue this journey by driving our product vision strategy and execution with your team, distributed in our HQ in Sweden and the USA.<h3>What you will do</h3>You will be our product visionary, working on our strategy and vision and leading a great team of Product Managers, designers, and UX professionals. Together, you will develop and deliver great products to our members and drive the business forward. You will be a crucial leadership team member, reporting directly to our CEO.<ul><li>Create and implement a product strategy that aligns with Avinode Group’s business goals, leveraging the Product Operating Model.</li><li>Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea to market launch.</li><li>Work closely with the engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.</li><li>Manage the product budget, and ensure efficient resource use.</li></ul><h3>Who you are</h3>You are passionate about the product organization, a doer, and a leader for the company and your team. You know the theory of product development, but crucially, you can apply and adapt it. You are the passionate owner of our product visions, but you value stakeholder engagement from discovery to adoption. You are a confident star, but you know your biggest stars are your team. You love building products, but you love meeting your customers every week.<p>We are looking for an experienced SaaS Product Leader, and we believe that you have:</p><ul><li>3+ years in a senior product leadership role in a SaaS environment.</li><li>Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones and leading other leaders.</li><li>Experience with the Product Operating Model is a plus.</li><li>Proven ability to set and achieve strategic goals.</li></ul><h3>What do we offer you?</h3>This role is a chance to drive change across the business aviation industry.
