Coesia has operating units in 36 countries, a turnover of 2,015 million euros in 2022, and over 8,000 employees.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>You will drive all sales initiatives across the Nordic region, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong understanding of the Nordic market and a proven track record in sales management. If you are a motivated and result-driven individual, we have an exciting career progression plan for you.</p> <h3>Main Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company Order Intake goals.</li> <li>Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.</li> <li>Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.</li> <li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.</li> <li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics as a part of the FlexLink Nordic management team.</li> <li>Be responsible for selected customers and directly drive all related commercial activities.</li> </ul> <h3>What You Need to Be Successful</h3> <ul> <li>Experience working in the automation / industrial machinery/ intralogistics industry (or similar)</li> <li>Proven track record of success in Sales Management.</li> <li>Solid experience in Value-Based Sales.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Nordic market and its dynamics.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.</li> <li>Proficient in CRM software.</li> <li>Willingness to travel within the Nordic region.</li> <li>Degree in Engineering</li> </ul> <h3>Our Offer</h3> <ul> <li>Collective agreement (incl. pension contribution)</li> <li>Company Car</li> <li>Medical insurance</li> <li>Merit increase (extra salary increase on top of the annual salary revision, based on performance)</li> <li>Wellness allowance 4000kr/year</li> <li>Parental pay</li> <li>ATK (Arbetstidsf\u00f6rkortning)</li> <li>Hybrid working</li> <li>Free onsite parking and great connection by train/tram/bus, etc.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Join the Team!</strong></p> <p>This is a permanent, full-time position.
