We´re digitally transforming one of the largest, fastest-moving industries in the world. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure we unlock the full potential of what Resourced has to offer for all brands we work with. One of our core products is an IT (SaaS) system which facilitates the product journey from idea to shipped product (PLM system) for fashion brands. The Customer Success Manager's main focus is to ensure that the brands we work with are happy, seen and have everything they need to use Resource optimally. This includes setting up and lead/manage the onboarding process, follow up on engagement and long-term satisfaction as well as continuously improve our processes in these fields. You will work closely with and report directly to the co-founders. You are eager to learn and don't fear trial and error when taking own initiatives. You have a strong interest for how digital solutions can define the future and are motivated by seeing your suggestions getting implemented. You are strong on project management and like to create order while having an efficient way to move forward. If you want to be part of creating the next gen sourcing and production environment within footwear and fashion - this job is for you! Responsibilities: - Communication, feedback and follow up with brands globally. - Manage onboarding and customer progression in our PLM system. - Take full ownership of the onboarding process, evaluate and improve the process. - Measure, monitor and act on customer happiness. - Be the voice of the brands and provide input and feedback to the PLM development process. - Develop and manage Resourced Learn, our self-onboarding database. Qualifications: - Strong interest in fashion and trends. - 2+ years experience on Customer success positions and/or on product development in a fashion brand context. - Be able to multi-task with strong planning and organizational skills. - Embrace change in a fast-paced environment with the ability to use initiative. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Advanced MS Excel level. Nice-to-haves: - A degree (Bachelor or Master) in communication and/or business administration. - Experience in working with PLM systems. - Multilingual (Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese). - MS Excel VBA knowledge.
