<h3>About the position</h3><p>To support us on our growth journey, where our employees will be key to our success, Allgon is looking to recruit an experienced and passionate HR Manager in Gothenburg.</p><p>The key objectives for this role will be to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives and help build and develop a strong and motivated HR team in an ever-changing environment. In this position you will work both strategically and operationally with different HR processes and be an important supportive function for Allgon’s internal communications.</p><p>The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR-team consisting of four people at two different sites and report directly to Allgon’s CEO.</p><h3>Key responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>HR and people strategy, analyze business trends to create HR initiatives that meet current and future business needs and align with the overall business objectives</li><li>Together with the HR team, provide a full range of HR professional support for our HQ organization, including employees and managers outside Sweden</li><li>Provide insights and practical advice based on confident knowledge of Swedish employment law</li><li>Work continuously with the development and follow-up of HR KPI’s and organizational efficiency</li></ul><h3>Who are you?</h3><p>We believe you are a responsible, communicative and action-oriented person.
