 As the Finance Business Partner Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and challenging key stakeholders across the Nordic region to achieve financial objectives and enhance the quality of decision-making processes. You will be instrumental in driving growth and profitability by analyzing value and cost drivers and ensuring optimal service delivery to stakeholders. This position involves leading or actively participating in cross-country or global projects, monitoring financial performance, and handling monthly reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

 You will be part of the Nordic management team and work closely with the General Manager as well as being part of the European Finance Organization.

  Key Responsibilities Include

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support and challenge key stakeholders in the Nordic region to achieve financial objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Overseeing accounting in collaboration with the Shared Service Center and local partners
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor financial performance across the region.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bring in initiatives to secure the financial targets of the organisation
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive planning processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct monthly reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

  About You

 </strong>
 We are looking for someone with the experience of working in an international company who is ready to be an active part of the Nordic management team. You have experience of driving the budget &amp; planning processes within a company and are used to reporting and challenging the financial performances. As we are a team of around 20 people at the office in Kungsbacka, while also part of a big international company, where you will be member in a team of European Finance Business Partners, you need to have the interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in both contexts.

  Qualifications
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Business Controller or similar role
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience from an international environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent presenting, communication and interpersonal skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in financial software and tools. Experience in SAP is meritorious, and you need to be an advanced Excel user.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in one of the nordic languages and English, written and spoken
