 We are looking for you with advanced English communication skills who wants to give great ongoing support meanwhile developing in the art of human resources.

  What You&rsquo;ll Do
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 Business support to Global Head of Commercial PX
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Member of Commercial PX management team and responsible for practicalities around management team meetings
   </li>
   <li>
    Support with PowerPoint presentations and manage confidential information
   </li>
   <li>
    Manage the calendar and make arrangements
    <br/>
   </li>
  </ul>
 </ul>
 Prepare material for Commercial Management Team
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Support with the monthly People Dashboard incl. extracting data from different sources such as Power-BI and Excel
   </li>
   <li>
    Organize recruitment requests and consolidate presentations to Commercial Management Team incl. feedback decision to the organization
    <br/>
   </li>
  </ul>
 </ul>
 Interact with the global HR community
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
  </li>
  <ul>
   <li>
    Ongoing information sharing and guidance to PX colleagues in different operational matters
   </li>
   <li>
    Arrange annual face to face meetings and quarterly Teams check-ins with the Global PX Community
   </li>
   <li>
    Collaborate with the People &amp; Organisation development team in different development assignments

   </li>
  </ul>
 </ul>
 You will be the go-to person for commercial PX management matters, therefore positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. Besides that, you are willing to take &ldquo;hands-on&rdquo; tasks and are good at planning your work accordingly. With a learning mindset and the ability to come up with new ideas, you will be able to this role to the next level, make a true difference and to develop your own experience within global human resources.

 Education

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Finance, HR or similar experience
 <br/>
 <br/>
 This is a perfect position for you who wants to get a good understanding of global human resources and work closely with HR business leaders meanwhile delivering proactive support.
