 As a Product Owner for Information security, you will join the Enterprise Digital department within Digital Development &amp; Operations (DDO). We are on a journey, together as a global team, establishing ZEEKR in Europe and Globally with digital capabilities. The overall DDO vision is to be an innovator, a transformative leader, and an enabler for reaching our business objectives.

 The area of Enterprise digital consists of several product areas which are: Collaboration, Big data, Cloud &amp; DevOps, Enterprise architecture, PMO, Information security, and Service portfolio. As a product owner, you will lead one of the areas and the teams within.

  What You Will Do

 </strong>
 The product owner is responsible for identifying the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product, feature, or area will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Lead and manage teams consisting of professionals; provide guidance, mentorship and ensure motivated and high-performing teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Define &amp; develop the vision and strategy for the product area in line with business objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct market research to understand business needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Define performance indicators to measure the success of the area and to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and resource constraints.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure close cross-collaboration between enabling teams from different product areas globally.
  </li>
  <li>
   Clearly define and document product requirements, ensuring that the team understands the goals and objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, business teams, and internal IT teams, to gather input and build support for the product.
  </li>

   Maintain a deep understanding of the business needs and pain points.

   Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team of professionals with the ability to delegate tasks, set goals, and provide feedback and support.

   Experience working as a product manager or product owner within Digital/IT areas.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience from leading information security or secops areas.
  </li>
  <li>
   In-depth knowledge of ISO27001 and NIST frameworks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  </li>
  <li>
   Holistic view and capability to understand IT Services in a business context.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of DevOps culture, Agile processes, and principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   A team mindset and an outgoing personality with the ability to guide and inspire others. The team is located in Gothenburg, Lindholmen but works with teams and stakeholders all over the world.
