<h3>Client Services Representative (NY Connects)</h3><p>needed for busy human service agency. Duties will entail making home visits and phone calls for client assessments, outreach assistance with benefits, referral or to provide information with the ability to assess needs of the client and provide direction to the aging and their families. Provide all NY Connects functions as specified in NY Connects polity and procedures including weekly coverage at the NY Connects satellite office in Canajoharie. Provide public information on programs as required, which may include attending events/functions after normal business hours. Coordinate and manage two Food and Pet Pantries.</p><p>Must be able to maintain client confidentiality and accurate records. Other office duties as needed. Must be mature, a team player, organized, and possess strong communication skills and a valid NYS driver's license. Minimum qualifications: A. High school diploma plus relevant experience. A post-secondary degree in human services or related field preferred. B. Three years of experience in aging services or a related field. Bilingual a plus. Benefits.
