<h3>MMC Group is looking for Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives in Albany, NY, to work at the New York State Child Support Call Center!!!</h3><p><strong>Training class to start 8/7/24</strong></p><p><strong>MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH!!</strong></p><p><strong>Spanish Speakers - $16.00/hr paid training and increased to $16.50/hr after 3-week paid training.</strong></p><ul><li>No weekends!!</li><li>11 Holidays off per year!</li><li>Secure work site.</li><li>Fun Employee Engagement Events</li><li>Security Facility!</li></ul><h3>Job Duties:</h3><ul><li>Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs with the New York State Child Support Disbursement Unit.</li><li>Educate customers & answer questions about their accounts.</li><li>Assist customers in navigating site while encouraging and guiding them towards becoming self-sufficient in using these tools.</li></ul><h3>Skills:</h3><ul><li>Customer service experience</li><li>Problem-solving skills</li><li>Active listening skills</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>HS diploma or equivalent (not a deal-breaker)</li></ul><h3>Training Hours:</h3><ul><li>3 weeks Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm!</li></ul><p><strong>Hours of operation are 8am - 7pm - 8-hour shift determined based on business need once 3-week training class is complete.</strong></p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Non-bilinguals - $15 - $15.50</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 40 per week</p><h3>Benefits:</h3><ul><li>On-the-job training</li></ul><p><strong>Experience level:</strong></p><ul><li>1 year</li></ul><h3>Shift:</h3><ul><li>Day shift</li></ul><h3>Weekly day range:</h3><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>No weekends</li></ul><h3>Work setting:</h3><ul><li>Call center</li><li>In-person</li></ul><h3>Language:</h3><ul><li>Fluent Spanish and English (Required)</li></ul><h3>Ability to Commute:</h3><ul><li>Albany, NY 12205 (Required)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Location: In-person</strong></p>
