<h3>Database Coordinator & Registrar</h3><p><strong>Jewish Federation of St. Louis</strong></p><p><strong>About The Jewish Federation of St. Louis:</strong></p><p>The Jewish Federation of St. Louis mobilizes the Jewish community and its human and financial resources to preserve and enhance Jewish life in St. Louis, in Israel, and around the world. Our vision is an engaged, vibrant, and flourishing St. Louis Jewish community, in which individuals live with dignity, meaning, purpose, and a sense of belonging to the Jewish People, as part of a life well-lived.</p><p>Federation is seeking a Database Coordinator & Registrar who will help ensure good and accurate data. This person is a team player who is detail oriented, has good project management skills, and can work across all departments of the organization. This role reports to the Chief of Staff.</p><h3>Support/manage process to ensure valid and up to date data in CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) system</h3><ul><li>Update constituent information<ul><li>Act as a member of the Approval Team, reviewing and approving constituent update requests from other staff</li><li>Actively validate and seek accurate information for constituents when a missing or wrong item is identified</li></ul></li><li>Manage process for deceased constituents by reviewing newsletters and obituaries and updating data in the CRM</li><li>Ensure processes and guidelines are followed when adding and pulling data from the database</li><li>Review Jewish Light and Jews in the News to add relevant information to constituents in the database</li><li>Implement an annual audit of internal (Federation) and external (community partner) committees and Boards; make updates as necessary</li></ul><h3>Support registration/attendance and new constituent processes</h3><ul><li>Check registrations and add to database; determine whether registered constituents are new or are an existing constituent</li><li>Add new constituents to the database</li></ul><h3>Support/create and manage queries and reports</h3><ul><li>Work in collaboration with Database Administrator and Organizational Development Specialist</li><li>Provide support to individuals requesting data from the CRM</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Associates degree or equivalent work experience required</li><li>Proficiency/Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other similar databases</li><li>Ability to learn and utilize new technology tools</li><li>Project management, able to assess and manage competing priorities</li><li>Basic proficiency in Microsoft excel and other Microsoft office applications</li><li>Detail oriented</li></ul>
