 Your role and responsibilities

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is mainly in office combined with home office and some travelling.This role is contributing to the Energy Industries success in Northern Europe and Norway particularly. Main stakeholders are Local Division in Norway, Northern Europe region and global Energy Industries. You will be mainly accountable for:&acirc;€

   Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.&acirc;€
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.&acirc;€
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.&acirc;€
  </li>
  <li>
   Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and lessons learned, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.You will join a high performing and enthusiastic team, where you will be able to contribute to our common success.

  Qualifications For The Role
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Engineering and sales background.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 6-10 years of experience as Project Manager
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably experience within sales/sales management
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferred knowledge in automation, electrical, telecom, digital and subsea systems
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of technical qualification projects
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to work under pressure, to operate in a resource constrained environment, to manage many projects concurrently, to set priorities, and to be goal oriented.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in working with other disciplines such as Sales, Operations, Service, Legal, Tax, Procurement &amp; Logistics etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience in working with other Divisions in ABB
  </li>
  <li>
   Ownership and commitment in all of your tasks is mandatory.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to understand customer needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in Norwegian and with excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and verbal English.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactive, teamwork, problem solving skills and being a motivator will complete your profile.
