   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.

   Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, with at least 10 years in a senior role overseeing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  </li>
  <li>
   PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in telecommunications or managed services industry is advantageous.
