   What you&rsquo;ll do
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>

   You will support our clients and the PR team by increasing our clients&rsquo; recognition in the market with earned media coverage that is relevant and resonates with the water community. You will develop an understanding of the water life cycle and how it fits into larger environmental issues.

   Responsibilities

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>

    Develop and maintain B&amacr; media lists
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Conduct research on various industry and PR-specific topics, report findings to management team
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Maintain active pulse on competitors to identify industry trends
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Write and deliver pitches to media, securing placements
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Keep coverage reports up to date and report hits to manager in a timely manner
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Compile quarterly publicity and activity reports, working directly with designers to showcase successes to clients in an easy-to-digest and visually appealing presentation
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Work closely with PR and Accounts leadership to develop content, including press releases, social media, and other tactics as needed
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Media monitoring / listening to identify PR opportunities
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Follow water industry trends and listen to webinars, podcasts, etc. to learn about various issues faced in the industry
   </span>
  </li>

   Qualifications
  </strong>

 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   <span>
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Proven experience (5+ years) as an account manager/director/executive within an integrated Creative Marketing and PR Agency.&nbsp;
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Preferred knowledge of the water industry, its challenges, and market dynamics or the interest and capacity to learn.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing and PR strategies.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>
   <span>
    Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
   </span>
  </li>

    Willing / able to travel as needed and represent Boeh Agency.
   </span>
  </li>
  <li>

    Bonus: Familiarity with EOS/ Traction, ClickUp, Hubspot
   </span>
